585nm脉冲染料激光联合他克莫司软膏治疗酒渣鼻临床研究

| 目的 研究585nm脉冲染料激光联合他克莫司软膏治疗酒渣鼻的临床疗效。方法 60例酒渣鼻患者随机分为 2组，每组 30 例，A 组予0.03%他克莫司软膏外用，B组为联合治疗组，予585nm脉冲染料激光照射联合外用0.03%他克莫司软膏治疗。结果 A 组有效率为 60.0%（30例），B组有效率为 80.0%（30例），组间有效率比较，差异具有统计学意义（x2＝7.309，P ＝0.031）；B 组有效率高于A组。结论585nm脉冲染料激光联合他克莫司软膏可显著提高酒渣鼻的治疗效果。 |

Clinical research of topical tacrolimus ointment witht 585nm pulsed dye laser in the treatment of rosacea

| To study the clinical effect of the tacrolimus ointment and 585nm pulsed dye laser on patient with rosacea.Methods sixty patients were divided ran-domly into two groups. Group A was given only 0.03% tacrolimus ointment, group B was treated with 585nm pulsed dye laser and tacrolimus ointment.Results The effectiveness ratio of two groups were 60.0%, 80.0% respectively, and there was a significantly statistic difference between them. (x2＝4.706，P <0.05). Conclusion The treatment of 585nm PDL combined with 0.03% tacrolimus ointment is a more safe, effective method for rosacea. |
