丛状神经鞘瘤1例

| 报道丛状神经鞘瘤一例。患儿男，7岁，左前臂结节3年，无自觉症状。皮肤科检查见左前臂有一1cm柔软结节，无压痛。皮肤组织病理：表皮大致正常，真皮内可见较多丛状分布的肿瘤团块，由梭形细胞成，可见较多Verocey小体，肿瘤组织与周边间质界限清楚，有假包膜（图2,3）。最后诊断：丛状神经鞘瘤。本病需与丛状神经纤维瘤鉴别。 |

Plexiform schwannoma: a case report

| A case of plexiform schwannoma is reported. A7-year-old child presented with an intradermal nodule of 3 years’ duration on the left forearm with no subjective symptom.PE showed a 1cm soft nodule with no tenderness on left forearm. Histopathological:Nearly normal epidermis,many plexiform tumor massses can be seen in the dermis,which is composed with spindle cells, showing more Verocey body.The tumor tissue and surrounding mesenchymal boundaries are clearly and with pseudocapsule (Figure 2,3).It need to identificate with Neurofibromatosis. |
